I’m a freelance Product Designer, thorough Interaction Designer, fitful photographer & self-teaching junkie.
Labeling yourself with a job title is something transitory (even more in the digital world), and entitling as Digital Art Director or “the person who focus on the aesthetics side of a digital campaign” doesn’t suit me anymore. I used to enjoy that process all alone but then I realized I was getting the most out of my personal projects: little oasis where I was in total control of getting real solutions for the people through technology, from the first insight until the last rollover.
I do believe in working the visual concept and the human experience behind a project jointly, and that’s what I want to do for now on.
Here’s a brief story about how I got to this point:
I’m a master’s graduate in art direction at the Miami Ad School in 2009. During the two years program, I had the opportunity to work for advertising agencies from different countries such as Saatchi&Saatchi and JWT in London, or Lowe in New York doing the so called “360″ stuff.
From 2009 until 2010, I had the fortune to work exclusively in digital media at El hombre con dos cerebros, and discovered I’ve never felt more in my element. Then, I freelanced for a year to dig a little deeper in digital projects for brands like Movistar.
From 2011 until November 2014, I worked at the firstborn digital agency in Spain, Wysiwyg /Razorfish, while I kept doing some fun projects for myself in my spare time.
If you think we can do something awesome together, you can send me an email. Let’s mock and roll!
